Earl St. Germain started the business in 1976. After 10 years in a Detroit suburb, he moved his family back to the Upper Peninsula where he was born and raised. Earl has stepped aside to enjoy retirement but is still active in consulting. Patrick St. Germain is a Project Manager and Safety Officer. He has also taken over many of the duties of running the business. Todd St. Germain is also a Project Manager and is in charge of Quality Control. Lana (St. Germain) Tappy is our active Office Manager and takes care of daily office duties. Nearly all of our employees have been with us for several years and are coating professionals.
